Return and Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. The return window starts from the delivery of the last item on your order, and is extended over weekends and public holidays. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received them
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Products that have been installed or used

3. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled. To cancel, log in to your account at https://rtamoracing.com/account  and submit a cancellation request through your order details.

4. EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period starts from the delivery of the last item on your order, and is extended over weekends and public holidays.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

If you checked out using a phone number only (without an email address), please use the return link in your SMS order confirmation to submit your request.

After notifying us, you must return the items within 14 days of your notification.

Refunds under EU Withdrawal

  • We will refund the full product price plus the standard outbound shipping cost you paid.
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility for non-defective items.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned items, or from the day you provide proof of return shipment — whichever is earlier.
  • We will not charge any additional fees for processing your refund.

5. Return Process (All Customers)

To initiate a return, log in to your account at https://rtamoracing.com/account  and submit a return request through your order details. If you checked out with a phone number only, use the return link in your SMS order confirmation.

6. Refund Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 10 business days to your original payment method.

7. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

8. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or variant, please contact us within the 14-day return period.

9. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
