1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received them
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
2. Non-Returnable Items

- Custom-made or personalized products
- Items marked as final sale
- Products that have been installed or used

4. Refund Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or variant, please contact us to arrange the exchange within the 30-day return period.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
