1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Time
Shipping times vary depending on your location:
Domestic Shipping (within country of origin):
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days after order processing
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days after order processing
International Shipping:
- Standard International: 10-20 business days after order processing
- Express International: 5-10 business days after order processing
Please note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier delays.
3. Total Delivery Time
Total delivery time = Order Processing Time (1-3 business days) + Shipping Time
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.
6. International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and must be paid by the recipient.
7. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, some remote areas may have limited shipping options or extended delivery times.
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos (if damaged). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
