Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Origin All orders are shipped from our warehouse in China.

Shipping is handled via 4PX or Yunexpress logistics networks. Carrier selection is based on destination and package weight.

Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination. The exact rate will be displayed before you complete your order.

Customs, Duties & Taxes Duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout for eligible destinations. What you see at checkout is what you pay — no surprise charges upon delivery.

For destinations where duties and taxes cannot be pre-calculated, additional charges may be assessed by local customs. In such cases, these fees are the buyer's responsibility.

Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment through the carrier's website or via 17track.net.

Shipping Delays Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, weather, or carrier delays. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.

Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@rtamoracing.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
